  • VegfestUK Brighton includes accessibility feature for deaf and hearing-impaired

    VegfestUK Brighton welcomes the hearing-impaired to their next event at the Brighton Centre, with a play accessible to the deaf and dedicated British Sign Language interpreters at selected high-profile talks on Saturday March 28th.


    The deaf-friendly features being with a play “The Rainbow Elves and the Shoemaker” by Brighton-based Dedrama Theatre at 11:45am, which is fully accessible to deaf and hearing audience.


    Deaf-accessible activities on the same day also include:

    - Nutrition and Health Talk at 2pm by Juliet Gellatley (Viva!) – Why we don't Need Dairy

    - Lifestyle and Campaigns Talk at 3pm by Jasmijn de Boo (the Vegan Society) - Vegan Business, Brand and the Bottom Line - Trends and Success Stories

    - LifeWell Hub at 4pm by Wim Hof (the Iceman) - You Can Do This! How To Master Your Own Inner-Power

  • LTJ Bukem live at VegfestUK Bristol on Sunday evening May 24th

    VegfestUK are delighted to welcome on board legendary drum and bass DJ LTJ Bukem at this year's VegfestUK Bristol.


    LTJ Bukem will appear at 7:30pm on the evening of Sunday May 24th - he'll be supported by Ian Silk and Flexi D.

  • Brighton Pavilion MP Caroline Lucas to open VegfestUK Brighton

    Brighton-based Member of Parliament Caroline Lucas will open one of Europe's top vegan festivals VegfestUK Brighton on Saturday March 28th at 11am at the Brighton Centre. 


    Caroline was elected as Member of Parliament for Brighton Pavilion in 2010. She served as leader of the Green Party of England and Wales from 2008 to 2012. In 1999, she was elected as one of the Party's first MEP's and represented the South East region until becoming the UK’s first Green MP.


    She has been voted the UK's most ethical politician in 2007, 2009 and 2010 by readers of the Observer, and in 2008 was judged one of the Guardian’s top “eco-heroes.” She received Red magazine's Woman of the Year Award 2010 in the ethical/eco category and is in the Environment Agency's Top 100 Eco-Heroes of all time.

  • VegfestUK London 2015 - October 10th 11th @ Olympia Central

    After two successful stints at Olympia in 2013 and 2014, attracting over 9,000 visitors on each occasion, VegfestUK London is moving into the Central Hall (Levels 1 & 3) of Olympia on October 10th 11th 2015.


    VegfestUK London 2015 will feature over 200 stalls, 12 caterers, keynote speakers, celebrities, kids activities and kids cookery classes, plus the LifeWell Hub, Live Comedy and Music, a Bodybuilding Contest, a Cinema, Talks and Cookery Demos, plus a number of other exciting activities TBA. 


    We are now accepting bookings for the show!


    There is a 10% discount for all bookings made and paid for by April 7th 2015.

  • Anneka Svenska the Little Green Angel appointed VegfestUK official Celebrity Juicing and Smoothie Queen

    TV Presenter and juicing, smoothie and yoga aficionado Anneka Svenska is now the official celebrity juicing and smoothie queen for one of Europe's headline vegan events VegfestUK.


    Dubbed ‘The Little Green Angel’, Anneka is known for her amazing figure and healthy vegan lifestyle which encompasses gentle and safe exercise such as Pilates & Yoga alongside a healthy Vegan Juicing / Smoothie Diet with raw foods. 


    Anneka heads up the juicing section on the Recipe Club for Viva! and also Vlogs for the Veganuary website, as well as running her own You Tube Video Blogging Channel and online rescue and health Blog. You can find Anneka's latest juice and smoothie recipes together with her fitness plans at her website

  • Founders of Vegan Angels appointed VegfestUK official celebrity bloggers

    VegfestUK are excited to announce founders of Vegan Angels © model Victoria Eisermann and singer-songwriter Pola Pospieszalska have been appointed as our official celebrity  bloggers!


    Both Victoria and Pola have been attending VegfestUK since it started and love what we do.


    These passionate ladies are also joint CEO’s and Co-founders of the dog rescue charity

    K-9 Angels.


    Victoria turned vegetarian at age just 6 years’ old and turned vegan 10 years ago after hearing a talk by Juliet Gellatley founder of Viva! called the ‘Dark Side of Dairy’. Since then Victoria has been 100% vegan and is extremely passionate about all things Vegan! 


    Pola turned vegetarian at age 10 then in January of 2014 turned vegan after participating in 'Veganuary'. Pola says she loves feeling the benefits of a vegan diet. 


    Both Victoria and Pola will be attending and giving talks at VegfestUK in Brighton, Bristol and London and are really excited to be VegfestUK's official celebrity bloggers on all things vegetarian, vegan and ethical.
