Jane Easton -Jane is the Food & Cookery Coordinator of Viva! and VVF. She has been vegetarian for 15 years and vegan for almost 10. Being poor and greedy was a great incentive to teach herself to cook early in life and since working for Viva! and the VVF she has developed delicious vegan recipes for many of their publications, from Have a Heart to the The Soya Story, as well as the new updated Vegetarian Recipe Club website. She gives popular cookery demos around the UK and regularly contributes to radio and the press, as well as organising/cooking food for many events, large and small. Her mission is to turn the world vegan and two of her major weapons are Luscious Lemon Sponge Cake and Tiramisu.

She cooks intuitively and her main added ingredient in all her food is love. Sammy has worked in a variety of well known vegetarian establishments including Lancrigg Vegetarian Country House Hotel in The Lakes and Wai-Kika-Moo-Kau, a Brighton favourite. She now runs an exciting new vegan catering company called Titbits Catering, alongside Paula young who started her career at Terre a Terre and was also head chef at Lancrigg. Kalefa Sennah – The Joy of Food as Medicine
Kalefa is a Nutritionist, Hypnotherapist and Neurolinguistic Programming Master Practitioner. .Kalefa’s love for healthy living began with her early years growing up in Jamaica when she lived on a farm in a country village where the majority of their food came from the land. At a young age she became an athlete and her need to remain healthy led her to explore vegan diets such as Rastafarian Ital foods which remained throughout her life.
