Book a stall

Stalls are now available to independent businesses, charities and organisations, as well as caterers and therapists. Please see Traders info - Stall Prices for prices.

 

Contact the office for details of discounts available to campaigners, small traders and information stalls - 0117 3079872.

 

To book a stall, please fill in and submit our online booking form. If you wish to apply for a discounted rate please contact the office first before booking.

 

Once received we will process your form and return a hard copy to you along with your invoice - please check your booking is correct, read the terms and conditions, sign the booking form and return along with full payment to:

Show Special - Consumer

We are encouraging all our stallholders to do a really impressive 'show special' which will be listed on the website. This is to encourage more people to come and shop at the show! Please describe your show special here - max 20 words. Please note you MUST include a money off/special offer with this to be included on the website and in the programme - general stall descriptions will not be published

 

Example: 'Yaoh Buy One Get One Free on all our hemp products visit our stall both Saturday and Sunday'

 

 

Tombola and Goody Bags

 

We have several other opportunities available for marketing your products and services, including a Tombola stand where more elaborate prizes can be displayed all day, and Goody Bags, which are perfect for smaller items and promotional material. If you would like to donate to any of these, please contact the VegfestUK office. All funds raised go towards keeping the event FREE to the public.
