Mouth watering, fresh and richly flavoured living foods provided by long term raw foodie Pete Taylor, originator of the Simply Rawgeous cafe and sauna. At the festival they'll be offering their most popular main meals with a salad selection and side dishes to take-away including their famous 12 layer raw vegan lasagne- always a hit and very filling without the stodge!
They'll be serving savoury food all weekend and on Sunday only they will have a full range of their raw deserts; chocolate torte, apple pie with mango custard, chocolate torte and raw chocolates. Whilst on Saturday, Rawwwsome (from Camden market, London) will be at the event serving their own sweet raw range of cakes and brownies.

Vegan Chef Tony Bishop-Weston's career in food started in a deli called Durbin & Allwright's in Chiswick West London,overseeing the health and wellbeing of over 100 internationally renowned cheeses.
As he celebrates his 20th vegan year he's still on a mission to perfect the perfect vegan cheese recipe. Join him as he explores dairy-free cream cheese, vegan cheese sauce for pizza, the perfect vegan chocolate cheesecake, no-cheese fondue and very Caerphilly, Vegan Welsh Rarebit.
5.00 - neil robinson & Tim Barford (Yaoh) - Hemp Smoothie Demo
Join show director and Yaoh manager Tim Barford with his special guest Neil Robinson, who used to play professional football at the top level with the likes of Everton and Swansea City in the 70's and 80's, whilst on a veggie and later vegan diet. Tim has been vegan for 30 years and is a big fan of hemp and smoothies, and he and Neil put the two together into a lively and humorous demo which involves some fantastic smoothie tasting, including their favourite smoothie recipes. This demo is informative and easily accessible, and includes vegan sources of protein and essential fatty acids.
12.00 - Nishma Shah (Shambhu's) - Savoury wholefood pancakes
Nishma Shah is the vegan chef behind Shambhu's, the London-based family run vegan catering company and creators of a popular range of vegan & gluten-free cheesecakes, which are available in independent wholefood stores nationwide (www.shambhus.co.uk/stockists).
Nishma will show you how to make some delicious savoury pancakes. She'll be making the pancake batter using basic whole food ingredients like chick peas, semolina, millet flour and rice, and adding a variety of vegetables and greens.
As you'll see the pancakes are simple to make and ideal for serving either as a light snack or a main meal (brunch, lunch, dinner). Most of the savoury pancakes demonstrated will be gluten-free too.
1.00 - Aneesh Popat (the Chocolatier) - Chocolate, 1 of your 5 a Day
Aneesh Popat will make a chocolate dish and convince you as to why chocolate must be an integral part of your 5 a day fruits.
Evoking the spirit of traditional Italian dining combined with the vegan/vegetarian slant that has become his trademark, Pasquale Amico will be presenting Ravioli con mozzarisella, pomodori secchi e basilica, salsa di pomodorini and Piadina Integrale di Seitan.
Pasquale will making the pasta onsite, and remaining true to his restaurant concept, all his ingredients, including rice milk mozzarella, cherry and sundried tomatoes, savoury seitan, a host of colourful vegetables, as well as freshly made basil sauce will all be sourced from his farm in Capua, South Italy. His ever-evolving menus demonstrate his passion for vegan/vegetarian Italian cooking, bridging the gap between luxury and health.
3.00 - Deena Kakaya - Mixed grains and vegetables in a tangy and fragrant coconut - Kadhi
Kadhi is a warming, fragrant, spicy and delicious yoghurt and gram flour based soup that is tempered In whole spices, ginger, chillies and curry leaves. Traditionally it is eaten with rice or as a side dish, but Deena's bulkier one-pot version includes seasonal vegetables and mixed grains as well as light, sweet and wonderfully scented coconut.
4.00 - Sarmado Sibley - Gourmet Raw Living Foods
Come & learn how to create amazing and delicious raw food recipes to inspire your guests. This demonstration is going to show you some simple techniques to prepare raw foods like the professionals. Sarmado is going to teach some basic skills to create restaurant style dishes to get you back in the kitchen.

Adrian is head chef and creative partner at Vegan Peasant Catering. Based in London, they provide canapés and bowl foods for corporate events, private parties, weddings and fundraisers. He will demonstrate how to wow your guests with visually stunning canapés that will make anyone think you are a natural. It’s all in the clever construction, colour and flavour combinations. Make sure to stay until the end, as recipe cards will be handed out.
