Dommy B has won New York's famous 'Nuyorican Poetry Cafe Slam' and UK 'Superheroes of Slam'. This show follows his sell out tour of 2013's 'The Dragon Who Hates Poetry'. He has performed his poetry for children on national TV on BBC 'Rhyme Rocket'
Earlier this year Dommy B toured 'THE DRAGON WHO HATES POETRY', an arts council Grants for the Arts funded show co-produced by Z Arts and Big Imaginations. Following a full month run at Edinburgh Fringe, he has toured this show to full capacity audiences in Wakefield, Egremont, Sale, Ilkley, Lincoln and Wolverhampton plus I have had big turn outs at shows in London, Southport, Preston, Tarvin, Macclesfield, Wigan and Salford.
Dommy B's fun, fast-paced, fantastical shows, full of lyrics, laughs and lots of joining in, has been getting big audiences and big reactions across the country.

A short film of the poem 'Dragon in my Homework', often performed as an encore at the end of the shows!
AUDIENCE REACTIONS TO 'DRAGON'
"An excellent and interactive show for all ages. Plenty of humour for adults as well as the children! Dommy B's enthusiastic performance was perfect in delivery and matched by his skill in writing." - Ellie Griffiths
"Dominic brought his story alive with so much energy and wowed us with his brilliantly written poetry and his exciting story of the dragon who hates poetry. His use of some beautiful and colourful props helped bring the story even more alive. His requests for audience participation were friendly and made it all the more fun for those who did. It was a thoroughly enjoyable hour for both children and parents." - Jeff Haughton
"A tremendously energetic and engaging performance with high-octane character comedy. pleasingly spontaneous audience-participation poetry (try saying that six times fast) and some beautifully illustrated props. Not sure who had the biggest smiles throughout: the parents or the kids. Definitely recommended." - Fat Roland
"Thoroughly enjoyed Dominic Berry 's wonderful show - The Dragon Who Hates Poetry - totally un-missable from start to finish. Kept our 9 year old daughter Emily entertained. Never stopped laughing. Nice one, Dominic!" - Jenny Liddle from Excellart
