Louise Wallis is an experienced Pilates teacher, writer, and musician, who has been teaching exercise since 1996. She regularly writes for health/lifestyle magazines including Get Fresh!, Your Healthy Living, The Vegan, and Vegetarian Living, and has also interviewed musicians Moby and Johnny Marr, poet Benjamin Zephaniah, and raw chef `Mimi Kirk.
Also known as DJ Luminous, Louise was voted one of the 'World's Top 100 Female DJs', ranked between Radio 1 DJs Annie Mac and Annie Nightingale. Louise is also the founder of World Vegan Day, which she established in 1994 when she was President of the Vegan Society. She has been vegan for over 30 years, and runs her own business Mind Body Zone.
