Adrian G. Smith is the head chef and partner of Vegan Peasant Catering. Based in London, they provide canapés and bowl foods for corporate events, private parties, weddings and fundraisers. Adrian’s career spans 25 years in the hospitality and events industry as both a chef and manager, he brings this experience and enthusiasm to create inspired menus. With a passion for fresh and vibrant flavours, Adrian adopts influences from the aromatic spices of South India to the fresh herbs of the Mediterranean.
When not in the kitchen, Adrian can usually be found on his bicycle. He has travelled and cycle toured through India and Western Asia enjoying and experiencing many food cultures.
