Our exhibitors manual contains all info on setup, breakdown, unloading and loading on the day - please make sure to read this manual very carefully before the event.

 

Paperwork required from all stallholders

All stallholder are required to submit the following documents by scan and email to alan.vegfest@gmail.com by the end of January 2015:

 

  • Insurance (public liability)
  • Stallholders Checklist and Declaration (download pdf here / docx here)
  • Risk Assessment on your Stall (template and guidance notes available here in pdf / docx)
  • Method Statement for your Stall (template available here in pdf / docx)

For those who are handling food at the event, you're also required to submit either

  • Food Safety Questionnaire (download pdf / docx here) [for those already registered with your local councils], or
  • Safe Food Handling Certificate and Method Statement on Food Hygiene [if not yet registered with your local council]


Note: If you are a stallholder at VegfestUK London 2014, you only need to submit the risk assessment on your stall and the method statement for your stall, and also make sure that your insurance is up to date.


New Legislation on Food Allergens

Food handlers are also strongly advised to read carefully the New Legislation on Food Allergens (pdf / docx) and make sure all staff who are handling food on the day understand the new legislation.

 

essential documents for those doing cookery demos

For health and safety reasons, those who are performing cookery demos at this event are required to submit their Food handling and hygiene certificate (if you're handling food at the event)
