The winner of multiple awards, Terre à Terre is all about indulgence, rather than abstinence. It has been feeding loyal customers and international visitors for more than 20 years. Diners enjoy a culinary experience like no other, with intense flavours, sublime textures and a mixture of ingredients that few have the imagination or dare to compose. Put simply, Terre à Terre serves a symphony of harmonic flavours.

Head chef Matty Bowling is a firm believer that there are no limits to what the humble vegetable, root, fungi, seed, herb, flower, fruit and nut can deliver. Inspired by the likes of Rene Redzepi, Ben Shewry and David Chang, he trained in his native New Zealand and travelled the world before arriving on the South Coast.
