Suitable for Primary kids upwards. Parents must stay with kids it's not a creche.
Extra Games include 5 a day tin can alley, 5 a day veg in a bucket, rainbow Quoits / Ring toss, 5 a day Snakes and Ladders, Rainbow twister, can squash, a treasure hunt and colouring

Captain James Tea Cook Pirate of the Carob Bean encourages kids to eat more healthily. He reasons that if you get children involved in the growing, choosing, buying and cooking vegetables they are more likely to eat them! Why electricity is important for our heart and how we make it from minerals such as zinc and copper found not just around the house but in fruit and vegetables and we use magic water to test our PH levels in lemonade and other liquids. We make our own lemonade with real lemons but with no sugar.
Making high protein snack balls to freeze and use as keep your lunchbox cool nutritious snacks. Using Yaoh Hempseeds, plamil chocolate and plant milk with oats. What we learn? The importance of 8 a day, essential fats for our brains not bottoms, the magic of emulsification.
