My name is Sara, I'm an Italian foodie and chef who started a vegan food business called Pomodoro E Basilico three years ago; I'm based in London and I've been hosting supper clubs, cookery lessons and catering since I started and I now run permanent market stall around the city.
My cooking is proper Italian, 100% vegan and homemade, with a strong link to the Italian food tradition, but always open to new cuisines and influences.
I make everything from scratch, from my fresh pasta to my bread, my vegan cheese and my desserts.
