As vegans, we choose to care for all of life and yet at times we engage in unhealthy thoughts and feelings about ourselves or others. As we grow in understanding our spiritual anatomy, we can learn to change unhealthy patterns with spiritual tools of self awareness, visualisation, mantra and meditation.

Understanding our spiritual anatomy is helpful in the task of separating from the unhealthy parts of ourselves. Transmutation is accomplished with spiritual tools of self awareness, visualisation, mantra and meditation. I will present these tools and understanding in a powerpoint multi media workshop to support personal transformation.
