The Dutch Weed Burger

If human food consumption continues on the current scale, in 2050 the world will be in need of three earths to feed us all. More and more scientists agree on the need for a more plant-based diet. Lisette Kreischer - Dutch vegan foodie - and documentary maker Mark Kulsdom intend to tackle this challenge and have set their eyes on seaweed as the food of the future. Together they head to New York to immerse themselves in the world's finest vegan culture in search of the perfect seaweed recipe.
