On January 2nd 2018, after careful planning and preparation Owen began a journey to find out how muscular one can become on a raw fruit diet. Owen chose to experiment with two different variations of a fruitarian diet, the first that involved the flesh of the fruit and nuts (seeds of fruit). The second being only the flesh of the fruits.
Owen will share his story and experience into the truth of living a strict fruitarian lifestyle while attempting to building muscle along with the physical, phycological and health pros and cons of such a restricted lifestyle.

The inverted row contest involves keeping the body straight while using the muscles of the back and arms to pull the body using a rowing motion. Woman complete the reps using knees bent at 90°, males have straight legs during the contest. The competition is to complete as many reps as possible without a break. The contest is free to enter and everyone gets a prize.
The judges decision is final.
