Miss Superfood & Founder of Rawgaia Superfood Skincare

Known on social media as MISS SUPERFOOD, Jessica is an ethical-influencer in the development of superfood skincare and nutrition.

17 years ago, Jessica used a raw, vegan superfood diet and lifestyle to help heal and overcome debilitating Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (also known as M.E) and Glandular Fever.

She went from not being able to get out of bed, to running a 4hr 15min London Marathon a year later after implementing her own organic, raw, vegan, superfood diet.

Jessica is the owner of vegan brands; Rawgaia Superfood Skincare and Miss Superfood.

She has formulated a huge number of multi-award winning raw, organic, vegan, superfood; skin, hair and body care products, which have been sold worldwide.

In 2015 she launched her new and improved brand; Rawgaia Superfood Skincare with her 3 ranges hitting the press; Certified COSMOS Organic Goji Goddess, Certified COSMOS Organic Hemp Glow and Certified MSM Organic Beauty.

All of her skincare is raw, organic, vegan, cruelty-free, and consciously made with love in Brighton, UK. Ethics are everything to Jessica so the company is registered with the Vegan Society, the Soil Association, with COSMOS Organic certification and with Cruelty-Free International (Leaping Bunny).

Jessica was head hunted by British perfume house Jo Malone London, for her knowledge and wisdom on superfood skincare and raw chocolate. The launch of their ‘Blue Agava and Cacao’ collection soon followed.

After appearing in a national newspaper column as a raw, vegan food coach to the stars, Jessica was approached by a publishing firm and offered a 10-year publishing contract.

This is where she wrote her first hardback book; Jessica’a Raw Chocolate Recipes – Superfood for the chocoholic (Leaping Hare Press)

Following a successful launch, the publishing rights were sold to Atlantic Books in the USA and Raw Chocolate Treats was created.  Both are easy to follow hardback, full colour, recipe books.

Jessica was invited by ITV to appear as a contestant on Britain’s Best Dish, where she made one of her famous raw chocolate superfood desserts.

She’s also made an appearance on BBC’s Identity as a raw foodist, Channel 4 News and many other national newspapers, glossy magazines and radio shows to discus her radical recovery from chronic illness.

Jessica enjoys facilitating fun, active, transformational workshops, and has written some popular ebooks; Raw for 24 – The ultimate 24hr raw food challenge (FREE download), Superfoods For Beauty, How to Make a Slab of Raw Chocolate, Raw Baby – The ultimate weaning guide and Total Raw Food – The complete beginners Guide.

She runs the empowering Facebook group; Miss Superfood Goddess Tribe, where she brings women together online to complete fun health challenges, and to actively inspire and support one another.

Jessica is a magazine columnist and contributor for many publications including Natural Health, Juno, The Green Parent and Lifescape.

When Jessica’s not travelling around Asia with her two radiant superfood kids, they live together by the ocean in Brighton, UK.

Everyday Activism For All Vegans - How To Go From Armchair Vegan To Overnight Activist

With now over 70 billion land animals being slaughtered for food, entertainment, clothing and furnishing each year, once we have ripped our own blinkers off our faces and opened our eyes up to what is happening to fellow, sentient, living creatures, and on what magnitude…. We have the moral duty to act and speak out as we would want to be spoken for if it was us in that slaughter truck, or us existing in that pig farm.

In this workshop, Jessica, known on social media as “Miss Superfood” will take you through the stages of how and why we need to develop from ‘being vegan’ to getting active in the best way we can, within our own lives. She will offer ideas, examples and strategies that you too could consider.

Jessica is a realist and understands that many of us have families, careers and other commitments that we need to be mindful of. However, even as a single mum and vegan business owner she has managed to cultivate a way to actively promote veganism on a daily basis and is responsible for turning many people vegan during her 18 years of vegan experience.

During this workshop she will be sharing useful information on what approaches have generated the most amount of success. She will be sharing tips and tricks to help you be actively part of the peace movement that is currently changing and shaping our future.

You are warmly welcome to attend with an open mind and a positive attitude for this progressive workshop.
